Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services provided at https://griffon-ca-play.com for the brand griffon-casino. By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you accept these Terms. Effective date: 1 November 2025.

Account Registration

  • Game rules: Each game's help section forms part of these Terms. RNG outcomes are final; for live dealer, the studio's records prevail.
  • Cancellation/modification: Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled. We may void or adjust bets for manifest errors, rule misconfigurations, incorrectly priced outcomes, or where required by law or regulator.

  3. Courts: Subject to the foregoing, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Malta.
